Hi! If you haven't somehow realized at all, I'm Edmond Li, a rising senior at the University of Waterloo, majoring in Computer Science. Currently I've been working under Arctic Wolf as a Software Engineer working on some neat distributed systems for their cybersecurity detection branch. In my leisure time at the moment, I've been spaming my Beli and finding new food spots, coding, and slowly tampering with personal finance. (This is what happens when I'm not studying pure math or cs in university 😭)

My personality decomposition is just 10% video games, 50% academics, 20% will send you song recs with my ~6,000 songs in my Spotify 😎, and the remaining 100% - (10+20+50)% of those resources on trying my hardest to lock in for researching, coding, and doing my best to be a better software engineer :D
Purpose of this?
What’s the plan? I don’t really know flipping idea yet. I don’t know how often I’ll write or how many posts will exist a year from now. I just know I want a place to think in public, and this is it. I'm hoping for those who want to follow, learn, and for those who want to connect to see what I'm thinking or what I've been up to lately and here is a space for me to communicate it. Expect some math blogs, system design or blogs on current projects, and maybe personal yaps as well.
